UPDATE: Councilor who sl££ps with male & female minors was a pastor

Newsblenda have gathered that Tebogo Elijah Sepale,  the pervert who abused his powers by having $£X with men, women and minors who goes to him to look for employment, is allegedly a pastor.

Latest report suggests that Tebogo, an ANC Councillor in ward 25 in Matlosana, has been arrested for statutory r@p£ of two teenage boys in Kanana, North West. And was also charged with crimen injuria after sending his g£n!tals to one of the boys on WhatsApp.
