It is no longer news that kidnapping has been going on in different areas in the country, and this has been a major concern to residents, especially motorists who are targeted victims.
A voice note which is suspected to be a conversation between a member of a kidnap gang and a family member of a kidnap victim was leaked online. (Listen here).
The kidnapper clearly demanded millions as ransom.
