The policemen came in an unmarked Toyota Camry vehicle and mounted their checkpoint along the road. But unfortunately for them, they met a suspected oil bunker who is well versed in the Nigerian constitution.
The alleged oil bunker and his friends reminded the policemen that whatever they are doing on the road was illegal and unauthorized because they came in an unmarked car. The law has it that they cannot operate without their utility vehicle that is duly marked.
