A Nigerian man identified as John Nwankwo Noko was caught on a CCTV assaulting a woman in a wheelchair.
In a footage, the man seen viciously kicking the vulnerable woman in the presence of two other women who tried to restrain him in vain. His victim was in a wheelchair and had an injured leg. SEE VIDEO.
The woman allegedly reported the matter to the police and her case was supposed to be heard on the 22nd of April, but the file went missing on the day she turned up for hearing. The prosecutor from Karen police station stopped picking the plaintiffs number including her lawyers calls.
