Moment Unknown Men Were Captured Stealing Manhole Covers At Night In PH (Watch Video)
The theft of the metallic covers has become rampant in Port Harcourt with the open manholes posing danger to pedestrians especially at night.
Two unknown men with tricycle (keke) were captured camera stealing a Manhole Covers in Port Harcourt street.
In the video which was taken at night, the two thieves can be seen removing a Manhole and putting inside their keke, after they drove off.
