Newsblenda reported on Wednesday January 6, 2021, that thousands of President Trump’s supporters swarmed the Capitol to protest the results of the 2020 Election.
But what should have been a peaceful protest resulted to violence when the rioters began to break through the barricades, attacking the security men and forcing the Congress who were there to confirm Joe Biden’s victory to evaluate.
In the heat of the moment, police officers pulled their guns and began shooting at the rioters.

Latest Report from Washington Post, shows that a woman who was fatally shot in the building has been confirmed dead.
Washington, DC, has been placed under a curfew from 6 p.m. and it will remain in effect until 6 a.m.
