The family of the girl who smashed teenager Kaylee Gain to unconsciousness in Missouri has claimed she is the real victim and has started a fundraiser to raise money for her legal defense.
The aunt of the violent girl alleged that her niece was the one who was bullied, describing her as an “honor roll” student. She also called for donations for her legal case.
“If people want to donate, they should give it on the CashApp, not the petition,” the aunt said, adding that GoFundMe took down the original fundraiser.
“We set up a GoFundMe but it was taken down in hours, we have a lawyer. The family are all together and we will get through this.”

The family says that she “deserves amnesty and a chance at forgiveness” and says she speaks four languages. They also tried making her the victim by saying she was “harassed and bullied” which is why the fight broke out and why she slammed Kaylee’s head against the pavement.
