COLOMBIA: Adults Praise A Little Girl As She Took Cocaine In Their Presence

A video of a minor doing the unimaginable in front of some adults has sparked outrage on social media.

The video shows a minor consuming what appears to be cocaine in front of several adults who chose to incite her and praise her. The girl seem to have gotten used to that lifestyle as can be deduced from her demeanor. It is believed to have occurred in Cali a few days ago. Cali is a city capital of Valle del Cauca departamento, western Colombia.
