Civil Defence officer who allegedly shot two girls in Benue said he “wanted to warm the air” (video)

A trigger happy Civil Defence Officer who allegedly shot and killed two girls in Benue State has revealed the reason behind his actions.

Vanguard Nigeria reported that two persons were shot dead by a Nigerian Security and Civil Defence (NSCDC) personnel during a concert in Otukpo Local Government Area of Benue State, on Christmas Day.

The officer who was involved in the shooting disclosed in a recent video that the reason why those girls were murdered was because “he wanted to warm the air”.

“Our men was on duty, so I was going round checking our men on duty so I say let me warm the air,” he said.
