A group of vigilante in Benue State decided to take laws into their hands by publicly chopping off a lady’s tinted hair for going against an alleged “indecent dressing” rule in the state.
The men who refer to themselves as ‘Nigerian Hunters and Forest Security Services’ were seen parading, deploring corporal punishments on people for failing to keep to their standards of decency.
