A 15-year-old suspect has confessed to selling two children for ₦5,000 each.
In a video making rounds on social media, the teenager was seen confessing to stealing children after he was apprehended.
He was caught while trying to kidnap another child in the area he had abducted 2 kids already.
He also added that his mother is not aware of his act.
