Newsblenda reported a viral video of Dr. Ifeyinwa who took to social media to show the bruises she sustained from her abusive husband, a staff of Channels Television.
The mother of four also alleged that Mr. Angbo beat her few weeks after she underwent a Cesarean section for the birth of their fourth child.
Meanwhile, Governor Samuel Ortom of Benue State and his wife Eunice Erdoo Ortom, on Monday, December 7 invited the couple at his residence to reconcile them.
Reports suggest that the Governor presumed their union to be one with great potentials. He however urged the husband to shun the temptation of domestic violence.
After series counseling, Dr. Ifeyinwa accepted the apology of her husband and both reconciled. The couple also thanked the Governor and his first lady for acting as mediators between them.
