Recall that Burna Boy sold out the MSG in New York. He made history by becoming the first African to join the league of other musicians who have sold out the world’s most famous arena.
However, while Nigerians were still celebrating this achievement, Wizkid took to Instagram and Twitter to talk about his new song. His post on Twitter read, “New music soon come”.

Burna Boy’s fans Outsiders, who have been patiently waiting for this day, wasted no time to drag and slam Wizkid mercilessly for trying to take the spotlight away from Burna Boy. Burna Boy’s fans further said that Wizkid is just chasing clout.
Furthermore, netizens who didn’t want to get in between the fans of the two musicians stated that Wizkid was wrong for tweeting about his new song on a day like this. They also recounted how Burna Boy did something similar to Wizkid during his 02 Show.
