A lady was left wallowing in abject confusion when she arrived at the gym to witness what other girls are doing there. Many people visit the gym either to get fit or to lose weight. However, a recent video of some ladies in the gym portrays other weird activities that goes on there.
It is difficult to tell what those women in the video were training for, since it’s obvious there is more to the routine than just physical exercise.
