A student from a yet to be identified University has caused a stir on social media, after a video of moment he was vigorously scratching his private part in class went viral.
The young man was spotted inside a class having both male and female students. Despite the fact his classmates were clearly watching his actions, he shamelessly did his thing as if not one was present. It even got to the point where he opened his shorts to get a good scratch.
