According to an information from Color Coded, her great-grandfather suffered from a stroke that left him paralyzed on one side of the body. The man could not help himself out with certain things including feeding himself.

But the little girl took it upon herself to offer assistance to her grandpa, often assisting him with his lunches and dinners. The girl was recently spotted in a video feeding the man with much care.

This is something very unique, children of her age can hardly feed themselves talk more of feeding another person.
