Traders at the Tejuosho Market in Lagos State were bewildered as they watched a so-called big boy go gaga right before their very eyes.
In a trending social media video, the mentally challenged young man could be seen in tethers raving mad while surrounded by onlookers. SEE VIDEO
While some have suggested that the boy be taken to a rehabilitation center for proper examination, others thinks he should be allowed some time probably for the effect of whatever he took to fade away.
