Ingredients
- Peanuts (groundnut) 2 cups
- Eggs 3
- Flour 3 cups
- Sugar
- Milk flavour
- Groundnut oil
Steps
1. Mix the powdered milk, flour and salt in a dry bowl.
2. Break eggs in a separate bowl and add sugar.
3. Have your peanut neatly packed in a separate bowl.
4. Gently pour the egg mix into the peanut and flip consistently to get the peanut coated with the egg mix.
5. Pour in a handful of flour into the peanut and flip.
6. Lightly flip the mixture (flour and coated peanuts), then get to gently shaking the container until you get a smooth texture.
7. Heat oil and fry till golden brown.
Serve hot or cold!
