Few days ago, Motara was trending on social media after she was spotted seated inside her car on traffic with a bottle of soft drink, but instead of giving it to a small girl on the road, she decided to mock her with the drink.
That wicked act got people annoyed on social media and it led to several complaints against her on Twitter. She has now been found guilty of violating one of Twitter policies (“Abuse and Harassment on Twitter” or “Respect of other members of the community”), a reason why she got banned.

Motara’s ban from Twitter comes just a few days after she was dropped as a member of a non-profit organisation identified as Brotherskeeper.
According to Brotherskeeper, the actions of the Ibadan-based influencer were contrary to what their organisation stands for, therefore, they condemned what she did. Hence she was suspended as their Public Relations Officer.
