Aside from buildings and other construction that get damaged as a result of poor drainage and flood, sadly, human beings are being victims of flood too.
A video clip released on the internet showed moment passersby tried to rescue an individual swept off by flood. The location of the ugly incident is said to be in Abule-Egba area of Lagos State.
