Kenya to hold a cleansing ceremony for tiktokers who misbehaved during a funeral [VIDEO]

Brian Chira’s villagers have called for a cleansing ceremony to “chase away bad spirits” for tiktokers who attended the funeral misbehaved.

On Tuesday, March 26, popular Kenyan TikToker Brian Chira was buried in his grandmother’s ancestral land at Gitei village, Gathanje, Kiambu County.

His funeral ceremony drew a crowd of popular figures from the content creating community, known as the “Chira Clan,” and left the villagers astonished.

They had never witnessed such a large and irresponsible crowd of young people. Some of the Tiktokers showed little respect for village elders and they got drunk and reckless by the graveside. Even on their way home, they couldn’t hide their craziness. See video below:

The villagers said they never hope to see such behavior in their land again.

“We are calling on our village to hold a cleansing ceremony to remove any negative spirits left behind,” a spokesperson said.
