A video of some group of young girls bathing and dancing unclad in front of men during a wild party in East African has gone viral on social media.
During the night of August 17-18, 2024, security forces arrested 22 individuals who had gathered for a dance with nude participants in Gasabo District, Kigali City.
The venue, typically secured and off-limits to unauthorized individuals, was the setting for this event.
