Easy way to make Nigerian pancakes.

Pancakes are flat cakes that are thin and round. They can be eaten as snacks or served as breakfast. You can take them with a glass of juice or a cup of tea.

Ingredients

• 2 cup of flour
• 1/2 eggs
• 200 ml of whole milk
• Vegetable oil
• Sugar
• Pinch of Salt
• Water
• Pepper and onion (optional)
• Nutmeg

Method

• Sieve flour into a dry bowl and add dey ingredients like sugar and salt
• Break eggs in a separate bowl and whisk.
• Pour milk into whisked egg and pour into the sieved flour.
• Stir continually to maintain a smooth consistency, water can be added till you get your preferred consistency.
• Spread vegetable oil on a non-sticky heated pan and scoop batter into the pan.
• Fry about 30 seconds on each side till colour becomes golden brown.
• Pancakes are ready to serve!
