Pancakes are flat cakes that are thin and round. They can be eaten as snacks or served as breakfast. You can take them with a glass of juice or a cup of tea.
Ingredients
- 2 cup of flour
- 1/2 eggs
- 200 ml of whole milk
- Vegetable oil
- Sugar
- Pinch of Salt
- Water
- Pepper and onion (optional)
- Nutmeg
Method
- Sieve flour into a dry bowl and add dey ingredients like sugar and salt
- Break eggs in a separate bowl and whisk.
- Pour milk into whisked egg and pour into the sieved flour.
- Stir continually to maintain a smooth consistency, water can be added till you get your preferred consistency.
- Spread vegetable oil on a non-sticky heated pan and scoop batter into the pan.
- Fry about 30 seconds on each side till colour becomes golden brown.
- Pancakes are ready to serve!
