Time-wasters may not even be so visible that it is encroaching into our valuable time. They are something we just overlook and feel that it won’t take our time to do but at the end of the day we would find out that we have wasted up to 3-4 hours a day.
The thing about time waster is that we may not sit for hours doing anything, we may actually be active all day but still end up wasting time on less important things.

How often do you go for a break? Taking a break after you complete a little task can be a big-time waster without Letting you know. If you are to take a break, make sure to have completed a long or Vera significant task.

You may feel that it is just a little brine spent on chatting but before you can think of it 1 hour is gone already. Avoid friends that are too chatty and ever ready to talk.

Sleeping too much can be a great time-waster, it makes you less productive for the day and creeps into valuable time. If we calculate the time spent on sleeping, we would be shocked to see how much we should have achieved.
7. Being too long on the phone for less impressive calls
Avoid calls that are not important when you are busy or at work. It slows your working ability And maybe a distraction even after you come off the call.
8. Procrastination
Procrastination is the king of time wasters. Stop leaving things to do them later, the more you leave things the more your workload pile up, and it may become difficult to finish tasks.
