Modelling is a vast industry that has so many opportunities. Most persons know modelling to be people on the runway or billboard, however, there are other areas in modelling.

1.Runway/catwalk model
They are hired to showcase designers clothing line. They are usually around 5 feet tall .
2. Swimsuit and Lingerie model.
They are curvy and have nice body shape, the showcase underwear and sleepwears. Some of them also appear in showrooms.
3. Fitness model
They are athletically built and fitted models with nice body tone.
4. Parts model
These category are models who showcases the hand, arm, feet and legs. The model jewelry, rings, bracelets and footwears.
5. Fit model
They work behind the scene and help fashion houses to get fitting ay sizing right before the garment is sent off to the market.
6. Plus-size models
They are categorised by size rather than exact measurement, such as size 12 and above. Normally, a size 12 may not be seen as a plus size but in modelling it is seen as such.
7. Commercial model
They can be of any size, age or height. They are needed for a variety not functions, and can do anything that is not highly inclined in high fashion.
8. Child model
Children under the age of 12, under any height and size. The have agents who represents them.
9. Print model
Models who appear in magazines, posters, adverts, calendars, billboards, campaigns, flyers and banners. They are have attractive Face, nice body and a killer smile.
10. Art modelling
They usually strike a pose when an artist makes a piece of art. They are used as visual aids.
