Garri is made from roots and tubes of the cassava plant. It contains properties such as; proteins, carbohydrates, fat, iron , vitamin B and C and starch. Below are six health benefits of garri:

1. Used to watch weight

Have you tried shedding some weight? Garri is another option to try. Although it is very starchy, it is also low in calories. Also, the high fibre content in cassava makes one stay full for a longer period thereby preventing binge eating.
