This elaborate ruse was cunningly employed to manipulate people.
An Instagram users innocently shared a post of how he helped an epileptic man, however, got the shock of his life when other users exposed the supposed epileptic man to be a scam.
The modus operandi of this shocking deception was alarmingly simple yet highly effective. The young man would feign epileptic seizures during work hours, and attracting help from passer-by. Little did they know that this supposed medical crisis was nothing more than an act, orchestrated with malicious intent. Some Instagram users also affirmed that this man do lie about not having money to travel back to his village and being stranded.
