Biden released an official statement on his Instagram page while joining the communities around the world to mark the World AIDS day.
How does he wish to achieve that? Biden stated that his and Kamala Harris administration will collaborate with activist, nurses, health experts and other public health officials to make U.S. an AIDS free state.
