1. There should be proper Grooming: This is very important among men, they should make it a habit to wear nice clothes and appear smart all time. Wear some cologne and perfumes but also identify perfumes that would be best for you.
2. Clip your nails, avoid long nails because they can cause smelly feet.
3. Wash your socks after each wear and allow them to dry properly before wearing them again. Dirty socks can be embarrassing because they hold all sweat from your feet and can convert it into an offensive odour. Also, when choosing socks, be careful to choose fabrics that are breathable and sweat absorbent.

5. Wash your feet regularly. Every morning and night, most men wear shoes that cover their feet every day so they need to keep their feet neat by washing them every day daily aside from wearing neat socks.

6. Always shower after workouts. Body sweats can block your pores trapping oil and dead skin cells inside the skin that leads to zits and painful cystic on your body. Always, use lukewarm water because excessive hot water can cause dryness, redness, itching and even peeling of the skin.
