You won’t get to eat whatever you want
You will have to let go of those delicious treats of ice cream and pizza. You can still add them to your diet but do not put it in mind that weight loss will be effective when you are taking those junk foods.
Another thing is that those junk foods cause you to eat more, and eating more adds to your calories.
