Pornography may appear to give momentary excitement to those who are addicted to it, but it can lead to a lasting health challenge especially in men.
According to a research by Medicalnewstoday, watching pornography can lead to problems in men’s sexual performance, such as erectile dysfunction (or impotence is the inability to get and keep an erection firm enough for sex).
It might even change the way the brain reacts to arousal, making a man less likely to feel aroused by a real-life partner.
A fertility Doctor Adefemi, also known as Fekomi recently explained the relationship between viewing pornography, masturbation and erectile dysfunction such as quick ejaculation and low libido.
In a video he posted on his Instagram Story, the Doctor shared some relevant health information regarding the dangers pornography and masturbation pose in men.
