In recent times, lots of people now depend on teeth whitening procedures and products to get a white and stain-free teeth. However, most times, teeth discoloration and stains are caused by the kind of foods we consume.

Red wine is acidic in nature, and this roughens and open the pores within the enamel of your teeth. This in turn leads to dark red particles of the wine sticking to your teeth, thereby leaving stains.

 

5. Energy Drinks 

Energy drinks

Although energy drinks are quite good, they can also cause teeth discoloration, because they are quite high in acidic content.
