Being pregnant is a feeling that varies from people to people. The same way a woman feels during pregnancy will be different from the way another feels.
The commonest sign of pregnancy is missed period. However, missed period could be as a result of infections, being overweight or excess stress. After conception, the body produces hormones that stop ovulation and the shading of the lining of the uterus. As such, menstral periods stop coming.
Other ways to detect pregnancy include:
Frequent urination: During pregnancy, the body gains more blood and as such when he kidney filters water from the blood it goes out of the body as a waste product.
Vomiting: Vomiting is another symptom of pregnancy, women who are pregnant tends to vomit more.
Swollen breast: As a woman becomes pregnant, her breasts tends to become bigger. Breast milk begins to form in the breast for the baby’s consumption after childbirth.
Headache
Mood swings
Smell sensitivity: When a woman becomes unnecessary sensitive to smell around her it may be a sign of pregnancy.
Food cravings: pregnant women crave for foods a lot and can eat almost anything that comes their way.
Dizziness
Weight gain.
From week 1-6 of pregnancy, symptoms one could experience includes:
- Cramps
- Missed period
- Fatigue
- Tingling of breast
- Bloating
- Frequent urination
- Mood swings
- Temperature changes
Week 8-10
- High blood pressure
- Faster heartbeat
- Extreme fatigue
Week 11-12
- Breast/nipple change
- Visible weight gain
- Pregnancy glow.
