Water is essential to the human body and should be taken every moment l. Waiting till you get thirsty or dehydrated before you take water can cause issues like fatigue, headache and dizziness.

The best way to beat dehydration is to take water even before you get dehydrated.

When your body begins to lack water, it alerts you by showing some signs through the activities of the human system.

1. Dry skin

Water makes the skin cell to be glowing. It helps to reduce acne and other skin problems by flushing harmful toxins from the body.

But when water is lacking in the body, it makes the skin looks saggy and wrinkled.

 

2. Constipation

Water aids in digestion and regular bowel movement. Taking enough water will keep you from experiencing constipation.

 

3. Fatigue

Lack of water can cause a person to experience periods of fatigue because the body cannot do without water.

The loss of body fluid that comes with not taking enough water can lead to the decrease of blood volume that puts excess pressure on the heart to send oxygen and nutrients to the organs.

 

4. Muscles and joint pain

Water aids in keeping the joints and ligaments function properly.

 

5. Cravings for food

When we are dehydrated we suddenly become hungry, most times what the body needs are water and not food. So the next time you feel hungry or crave something to eat, take water first.

 

6. Change in urine colour

If you are well hydrated, your urine will be clear and tight but when you are dehydrated, your urine becomes darker in colour. In some cases, you also experience a decrease in the number of times you urinate.

 

7. Headache

Being dehydrated can cause you to have headaches and affect your mood negatively.  It can affect your mood. And even cause forgetfulness.

 

Take water as regular as you can to stay healthy.
