Lemon balm is part of the mint leaves and contains rosmarinic acid that reduces depression, and anxiety and helps you fall and stay asleep.

 

5. Tumeric 

Tumeric contains curcumin which controls the neuro transmitters in the brain that makes people fall asleep. It can be taken with honey, lemon or milk.
