Having an unsmooth face can be as a result of stress or not taking proper care of the face. The face should be without acnes or pimples to look attractive.
Here are steps to having a smooth face:
- Proper dieting– avoid junk foods, processed foods and alcohol if you want to have a smooth face. Increase your intake of vitamin A,C and E, vitamin C helps in brightening and smoothing your complexion. Eat foods that contain omega-3 fatty acids such as Fish and also take healthy fats such as avacado.
- Regular exercise– exercising reduces inflammation and it’s a way to purge pores of sorts.
- Constant hydration– The more water you take, the more hydrated your cells become. Our cells need water to function properly, taking up to 8-10 glasses of water everyday keeps you hydrated.
- Avoid staying in the sun for too long.
- Make sure you always get enough sleep- stress and not getting enough sleep can cause premature aging of the skin
- Use the right moisturize
- Always wash your face before you go to bed
- Do not form the habit of picking or poping your face, they can cause black spots or acne.
- Do not wear makeup to sleep
- Avoid using cosmetics regularly.
- Avoid smoking- it causes pimples and premature aging
- Stick to using one skin care, avoid using every product on your face.
