Alcohol dehydrates you during mensuration and can make the period to be irregular. Instead of taking alcohol during mensuration take clean water.
6. Avoid much consumption of salt; it can lead to bloating.
7. Avoid spicy foods
Spicy foods can lead to stomach upset, stomach pain and diarrhea. You should also stay away from spicy foods if your stomach normally struggles to tolerate spicy foods.
8. Avoid high level of stress during mensuration.
9. Avoid putting on same sanitary pad all through the day.
10. Avoid taking drinks and that contain caffeine.
