1. Increase shower routine

If you are used to taking your bath once or twice a day, you may need to increase it to thrice or four times daily. This washes out the already settled sweated.

2. Increase laundry routine

Avoid keeping clothes for so long before washing them. If possible wash immediately you remove them.

3. Always wear cotton material

Synthetic fabrics push moisture or bacteria creating noticeable sweat marks.

4. Avoid spicy foods like garlic and onions

5. Always dry your body completely after bath.

7. Change clothes often

If you do experience body odour, always change clothes regularly. Avoid wearing one cloth for the rest of the day.

Excess hair can slow down the evaporation of sweat and gives bacteria more time to break down and create odorants [ substance produced by the human body that carry smell].
