Sweating is a natural way to regulate body temperature buy can become offensive when the sweat begins to have some sort of odour.
Body odour is more evident during puberty as hormones and sweat glands become more active.
As opposed to the popular body odour that emanates from the armpit, body odour can come from the feet, groin, genitals or other hair.

1. Increase shower routine
If you are used to taking your bath once or twice a day, you may need to increase it to thrice or four times daily. This washes out the already settled sweated.
2. Increase laundry routine
Avoid keeping clothes for so long before washing them. If possible wash immediately you remove them.
3. Always wear cotton material
Synthetic fabrics push moisture or bacteria creating noticeable sweat marks.
4. Avoid spicy foods like garlic and onions
5. Always dry your body completely after bath.
6. Avoid taking drinks that contain caffeine and alcohol.
7. Change clothes often
If you do experience body odour, always change clothes regularly. Avoid wearing one cloth for the rest of the day.
8. Shave always
Excess hair can slow down the evaporation of sweat and gives bacteria more time to break down and create odorants [ substance produced by the human body that carry smell].
9. Apply lemon to the part of the body that emits odour.
10. Apply aloe Vera – apply 30 mins before wash.
