Controversial social media influencer Daniel Regha has given his view of the Super Eagle’s performance during AFCON. Despite qualifying for the next round, Daniel does not think Super Eagle’s merited the next level as he tweeted that Nigeria qualified for the next AFCON by luck and states the need for the team to seriously step it up.
He tweeted; “Nigeria has qualified for the next AFCON round but by luck; It’s been such a disappointing performance from the Super Eagles. First match was a lucky goal, second match a PK, & third match an own-goal. The team needs to seriously step it up….”

Super Eagles of Nigeria have qualified for the Africa Cup of Nations knockout round after pipping Guinea Bissau 1-0 on Monday.
Nigeria finished in second place with seven points behind first-placed Equatorial Guinea who humiliated Ivory Coast 4-0 to wound up as group winners.
