Chinese club Shanghai Shenhua has revealed to Manchester United the only condition that would allow them to let Nigerian striker Odion Ighalo to move to Old Trafford.
According to recent reports, Shanghai Shenhua are demanding a permanent transfer fee of £20millionfor Ighalo to join Manchester United.
Ighalo was initially valued at £15million when he arrived on deadline day in January, but his spectacular form which saw him score 4 goals in 8 appearances have moved the Chinese outfit to increase his value to £20million
His loan deal with United expires by May ending and Shanghai are hoping to get their player back in time for the start of the Chinese Super League campaign, which is due to kick off in July, unless United are willing to pay his acceptance fee.
Meanwhile Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s seem to be a huge admirer of the 30-year-old striker and could persuade the club to extend his deal despite the price.
