Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) appoints Jose Santos Peseiro as the new Super Eagles head coach.
His appointment was effected immediately, subject to the signing of the agreement between the Nigeria Football Federation and Jose Santos.
Jose Santos is a Portuguese who played as a striker and has varied experience coaching top Football clubs across continents.
Jose Santos also doubles as an educationist with a degree in physical education/sports science. He also served as a head coach of Saudi Arabian and Venezuelan teams.
The new Coach is expected to lead the Super Eagles for firstfirst time during the upcoming United States of America tour.
NFF also announced that Finidi George will be the First assistant to Jose Santos Salisu Yusuf will be the second assistant, as well as the head Coach of CHAN and the U23 National teams.
Usman Abdullah becomes the third assistant while Eboboritse Uwejamemere will be goalkeepereper trainer.
