Barcelona superstar Lionel Messi has once again been rated the highest player in the upcoming FIFA 21 video game.
The Argentina forward racked up 93 points according to the latest release by EA Sports. He is just one point ahead of his eternal rival Cristiano Ronaldo.
The Portugual star racked up 92 points to become the second highest rated player, though his club appears as Piemonte Calcio in the game for licensing reasons.
Despite slipping one point out-of-100 assessment of attributes in their FIFA 20 ratings, the duo are still leaders of the pack. Messi was the highest rated player in FIFA 20 with 94 points, while Ronaldo was second with 93.
Bayern Munich striker Robert Lewandowski who was Europe’s highest goalscorer in the just concluded 2019-20 season was placed in the third position with 91 points.
