Super Eagles red-hot striker Kelechi Iheanacho has successfully propelled his team to the English FA cup final.
The 24-year-old Nigerian scored the only goal of the game as Leicester City defeated Southampton 1-0 at Wembley stadium on Sunday evening.
Iheanacho’s goal came in the 55th minute of the game following a Jamie Vardy’s fine assist. Vardy breezed past Bednarek on the left and cut the ball back towards Kelechi’s direction. He immediately twisted his body to side-foot a volley at goal.

It hit Vestergaard and rebounded straight again to Iheanacho, who finished calmly at the second attempt.
That was his 10th goal in his last seven games for Leicester City. Kelechi has made 31 appearances this season, with 15 goals and 3 assists in 18 starts.
Iheanacho is now Leicester City’s outright topscorer this season. He’s indeed the “Seniorman”.
Meanwhile Leicester City will have to count on Iheanacho to deliver the title, when they take on Chelsea in the final on Saturday May 15, 2021.
