The government of Kano state is set to start distributing football kits worth 98 million Naira to amateur football clubs in all the local government area in Kano state.
The announcement was made during the annual general meeting of Kano State Football association by the commissioner for youths and Sports, Mr. Kabiru Lakwaye.
The aim of the distribution is to encourage sports at the lowest level in the state.
The Commissioner made it known to the public that Gov. Abdullahi Ganduje had made approval for funds to build new club house and secretariat for the management of Kano Pillars Football club.
