Nigeria’s national football team, Super Eagles have named a strong 28-man squad for the upcoming African Cup of Nations in Cameroon.
The attack minded squad is made up of 4 goalkeepers, 9 defenders, 5 midfielders and 10 forwards. Players like Olisa Ndah and John Noble got their first call ups to the national team. The likes of Kelechi Nwakali, Sadiq Umar, Taiwo Awoniyi and Daniel Akpeyi returned to the team after their long lay off.
Red hot Watford FC striker Emmanuel Dennis, recuperating Victor Osimhem and Villarreal’s starboy Samuel Chukwueze all made the exciting list of attackers.
