Bayern Munich has turned down an initial bid by Manchester United for Benjamin Pavard, the defender. Manchester United is reportedly engaged in advanced negotiations with West Ham United to offload Harry Maguire.
Even though Maguire hasn’t yet settled personal terms with West Ham, it’s expected that a deal will be finalized soon.
According to Sports BILD, the Red Devils are currently in advanced talks with West Ham United over the sale of Harry Maguire.
SportBILD has indicated that an opening offer was presented to secure Pavard’s transfer from Bayern Munich, but the German club rejected it.
Manchester United might consider submitting a new offer in the future. Interestingly, Liverpool is also vying for Pavard’s signature as he has been a target for them since the beginning of the summer transfer window.
