AFCON: Super Eagles Has Left Nigeria To Benin By Boat, Ahead Of Tomorrow’s Game (Photos, Video)
The Nigerian Super Eagles team have now departed lagos for Benin Republic by boat in the early hours of today.
The game between the Nigeria Super Eagles and the Squirrels of Benin Republic in the 2021 AFCON Qualifier match will be played on Saturday by 5pm West African Time.
Fans gathered around as the Super Eagles players and full team boarded a boat to Benin today.
The team will return to Nigeria from Cotonou after the game and travel back to Lagos on Sunday morning.
The Super Eagles will then play against Lesotho at Teslim Balogun Stadium, Surulere Lagos State, in the second 2021 African Cup of Nations qualifier match which is scheduled for Tuesday 30th March 2021.
Currently, Super Eagles are leading the (Group L) with eight points while their West African counterpart Benin Republic is second with seven points.
