Some group of teenage girls have gone viral on social media after displaying a controversial dance style allegedly related to their culture.
In a video which was originally posted on TikTok, one of the girls could be seen showing off her dancing skills in a skimpy outfit that exposed her underwear. The dance requires them to lift their legs above their heads and stamp it hard on the floor.
For those who care to know this dance is allegedly originated by the South African Zulu/Xhosa tribe. This cultural dance is said to be performed by Zulu virgin girls. It’s also meant to promote the strength of African women/people.

Meanwhile, netizens have have a divided opinion about the manner in which the dance was performed. While some felt it was too vigorous, others are of the opinion that the girl should not have exposed her inner wear in the name of dance.
