Ghanaian singer, Shatta Wale has gotten people talking on social media after a video of him kissing his male security guard on the mouth surfaced on the internet.
In the trending video, Shatta who was featured by Beyoncé in the ‘Already’ collaboration is seen thanking Kumoji, his security guard for what he did for him. He went ahead to put his diamond neck chain around Kumoji’s neck and said: “I love you mhen…you kept your word.”
Afterwards, the 37-year-old singer planted a kiss on Kumoji’s mouth and embraced him.
Meanwhile, several people on Twitter especially Ghanaians are arguing how appropriate Shatta Wale’s expression of gratitude was. While a few persons are of the of the opinion that kissing his fellow man was a sign of loyalty, others believe it is way too bizarre.
