Nigerian recording artiste, Stanley Omah Didia professionally known as Omah Lay finally received “The headies next rated” award and car gift.
Omah Lay won the “Next Rated Artist” award at the 14th Headies award show on the 21st of February, 2021. The Godly crooner, beat Tems, Oxlade and Bella Shmurda to win the car prize set aside for the category.
The Next Rated award is the most exciting, controversial, and highly coveted prize won by the ‘upcoming’ artiste who have shown the most promise in the previous year.

The car gift was presented to Omah by the organizers of the award show and GAC Motors at HipTv, Ikeja. The gracious award winner thanked the organizers for the gift and gushed about his awesome fans in his acceptance speech.
“Next rated was a big plus for me. Shout out to The headies. My Growth so far has been something that I’m grateful for. I can’t explain it honestly, I can’t explain it. But still, I am grateful.
